If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry! Sometimes the shipping carrier updates the status a little early. Please allow 1-2 extra days for your package to arrive. If it’s still not with you after that, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

You have 24 hours to cancel your order with no fees. After that, if it’s in the early stages of shipping, you can still cancel, but a small cancellation fee will apply. Once the package has reached the shipping carrier, we can no longer cancel the order.
We do not accept returns on beauty products, even if unopened, for hygiene reasons. However, we can make a few exceptions in very specific cases. Instead of refunds, we generally offer to resend new products if there’s an issue with your order.

To track your order, please use the email address or phone number you provided at checkout, along with your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email we sent you. Then, enter this information in the tracking section at the top left corner.

Sometimes tracking updates can take a little longer to reflect. If your order has been marked as "ready to ship" for more than 3 days, it’s very likely already on its way.
